I have a proven ability to draft comprehensive reports and academic papers thanks to my advanced data analysis and policy formulation proficiency.

My expertise in training and capacity-building includes conducting communication workshops tailored for private sector teams in Romania and Bulgaria, procedural training for 137 UNHCR country teams, and trust and collaboration workshops for the GCR coordination team at UNHCR. I have conducted more than 38 specialised training sessions in data analysis and indicator development for national statistics departments in countries such as Romania, Bulgaria, Austria, and IGAD member countries, as well as for private sector entities across Eastern Europe and the MENA region.
